SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

WE APPRECIATE THAT, WHAT YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY AS WELL.

THANK YOU.

NEXT, UH,

[4. Citizens to be Heard]

WE HAVE, UH, CITIZENS TO BE HEARD.

UH, HAVE WE HAD ANY CITIZENS REGISTERED TO SPEAK? UM, MR. CHAIRMAN.

WE HAVE THREE CITIZENS TO BE HEARD.

OKAY.

UH, BECAUSE OF THAT, I'VE HAD TO READ THIS NEXT STATEMENT.

WE HAVE NOW COME TO THE CITIZENS TO BE HEARD PORTION OF OUR PUBLIC MEETING.

THE BOARD IS INTERESTED IN HEARING THE COMMENTS AND CONCERNS FROM OUR PATRONS AND CITIZENS IN THE SAN ANTONIO BEXAR COUNTY AREA.

QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING PUBLIC BUSINESS OR POLICY OVER WHICH THE BOARD HAS SUPERVISION AND CONTROL MAY BE ADDRESSED AT A LATER DATE BY THE PRESIDENT, CEO AND OR HIS STAFF.

THE PRO THIS PROCESS ASSURES THAT YOU RECEIVED THE MOST ACCURATE RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTION OR CONCERN.

THANK YOU.

AND VIA APPRECIATES YOU TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT TO SHARE YOUR COMMENTS WITH US THIS EVENING.

THANK YOU.

FIRST SPEAKER WE HAVE IS, UH, CHRIS CHE, IF I'M SAYING THAT CORRECTLY.

OH, UM, I'M HERE.

SO YOU, YOU BOTH CAN HAVE A TOTAL OF SIX MINUTES IF YOU'D LIKE.

HI, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING US HERE.

UH, I FEEL LIKE A LITTLE SMALL THING NEXT TO ALL THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WE JUST HEARD.

THAT'S REALLY WONDERFUL.

BUT I'M CHRIS CHE AND I REPRESENT, I'M THE DIRECTOR OF CATHOLIC WORKER HOUSE AND WE HAVE RECENTLY RELOCATED FROM NOLAN STREET, ROUTE 22 TO TOWN TWIN VILLAGE ON ROUTE 24.

AND MARK WI MARK WITTICK IS OUR BOARD PRESIDENT FOR TOWN TWIN VILLAGE, OUR HOUSING FIRST COMMUNITY COALITION.

AND, UM, WE ARE HERE TO SAY FIVE THANK YOUS AND TWO OR THREE PLEASES.

AND THE FIVE THANK YOUS BEGIN WAY BACK IN 2016 WHEN WE FIRST STARTED LOOKING FOR PROPERTY TO RELOCATE, UM, CATHOLIC WORKER HOUSE.

AND WE CAME, ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS WE DID EVERY TIME WE FOUND A PROPERTY WAS COME HERE AND BOUNCE IT OFF TO WHOEVER WAS NEEDED TO HEAR, TO SEE IF IT WOULD WORK.

BECAUSE WE HAD LEARNED FROM OUR CLIENTS THAT THE NUMBER ONE IMPORTANT THING AS TO LOCATION IS THAT IT'S ON A VIA LINE.

AND Y'ALL WERE SO PATIENT WITH US AS WE WENT THROUGH, I DON'T KNOW, 20 SOMETHING PROPERTIES OVER A COURSE OF 11 YEARS.

UH, AND WITH ONE PROPERTY YOU WERE EVEN WILLING TO EXTEND, I THINK IT WAS ROUTE 26 TO A HOTEL WE WERE GONNA BUY.

WE DIDN'T END UP DOING THAT.

BUT THEN IN 2019, UM, WE FOUND, UM, WHAT USED TO BE TOWN TWIN DRIVE-IN THEATER, UH, 17 ACRES.

AND WE WERE PONDERING, UH, BUYING THAT.

AND WE CAME TO Y'ALL.

AND THAT WAS IN AUGUST OF 2019.

AND IT WAS, IT WAS FORTUITOUS BECAUSE Y'ALL WERE PONDERING TO CUT BACK ON LINE 24 TO THE AT AND T CENTER.

SO YOU GAVE US FOUR YEARS TO PROVE THAT WE COULD INCREASE, UH, UH, TRAVELING.

UH, AND UM, WE, WE MAY NOT HAVE MADE IT QUITE BY 2023, BUT THINGS HAVE JUST HAPPENED A WEEK AGO.

UM, A WEEK AGO CATHOLIC WORKER TOTALLY CLOSED DOWN ON NOLAN STREET AND OPENED UP SERVICES ON INTOWN TWIN VILLAGE.

IT'S NOT ONLY MEALS, BUT IT'S SHOWERS, LAUNDRY, UM, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, PHONE, INTERNET MAIL.

WE HAVE 2000 PEOPLE THAT GET THEIR MAIL THERE.

AND WE EVEN HAVE A SPA FOR HAIRCUTS AND NAILS AND, UM,

[00:20:01]

AND EVEN A PEDICURE.

UH, SO ANYWAY, SO THE PEOPLE HAVE STARTED COMING.

WE HAD FIELD TRIPS TO TRY TO GET THE, THE PEOPLE THAT CAME TO CATHOLIC WORKER ON NOLAN.

'CAUSE THEY ALL, THEY ALL CAME BY FOOT.

WE WERE AMAZED WHEN WE TOOK THE FIELD TRIP.

AND I HELD THEIR HAND AND DID THEIR TICKETS.

WE BOUGHT 'EM, WE BOUGHT 'EM ALL DAY PASSES.

THIS IS JUST A FEW OF THE DAY PASSES.

WE HAVE BOUGHT IN THE LAST, UH, MONTH IN THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

UH, WE MAY BE YOUR BEST CUSTOMERS, , I DON'T KNOW.

BUT ANYWAY, WE WERE AMAZED HOW SO MANY OF THEM DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO, YOU KNOW, STICK THE TICKET IN OR HOW IT WORKS.

SO, UM, THEY ARE STARTING TO USE THEM NOW.

UM, SO ANYWAY, UM, I DIDN'T FINISH MY THANK YOUS , SO WE FOUND THAT PROPERTY.

UM, AND IT WAS GREAT.

UH, BUT THE, THE BUS STOP WAS SOMEWHAT A WAYS DOWN.

AND WE WORKED WITH MR. SIN WHO JUST OUR DR.

SIN WHO JUST, UH, WAS AWARDED, WHO WAS JUST CONGRATULATED.

AND THANKFULLY Y'ALL MOVED THE BUS, Y'ALL INCREASED THE BUS STOP.

YOU GAVE US OUR OWN BUS STOP AND WE HAVE A PAVILION CALLED THE TRANSPORTATION PAVILION WHERE PEOPLE CAN WAIT AND IT'S SHADED AND IT'S GOT WATER AND BATHROOMS AND ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF.

UM, AND SO WE THANK YOU FOR THAT.

AND THEN THE FIFTH THANK YOU IS TO THANK YOU FOR JOSE RAMOS, WHO'S BEEN THE, THE MOST, I THINK THE MOST, UM, UM, SENIOR, UM, DRIVER ON ROUTE 24 IN THE MORNINGS.

HE HAS BEEN SO PATIENT WITH OUR PEOPLE AND TRYING TO HELP THEM NAVIGATE AND LEARN HOW TO DO IT.

HE'S BEEN, UM, REALLY GREAT WITH US FOR THE PAST YEAR.

WE HAVE BEEN SERVING THERE.

WE JUST DIDN'T MOVE ALL OF OUR OWN PEOPLE THERE.

SO I WANTED TO SHOUT OUT TO HIM WHO'S REALLY BEEN THE KEY PERSON AND HELPED US WITH ALL OF OUR FIELD TRIPS, UH, TO TOWN TWIN AND I THINK THAT'S FIVE THANK YOUS.

AND THEN THE REQUESTS, WE ONLY HAVE TWO OR THREE REQUESTS DEPENDING ON HOW IT GOES.

THE FIRST REQUEST IS WE THANK WELL, NO, ANOTHER THANK YOU.

YOU PUT TOWN TWIN VILLAGE ON YOUR MAP.

UH, AND THAT'S GREAT.

AND WE'VE BEEN HANDING THESE OUT LIKE CRAZY.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, IS ON YOUR DIGITAL THING, UM, THAT COMES UP, YOU KNOW, NEXT STOP.

IT'S THAT STOP IS, IS LABELED ON THE PRINTOUT, UM, DIETRICH AT DIXVILLE.

AND THAT IS REALLY CONFUSING OUR PEOPLE 'CAUSE THEY DON'T SEE TOWN, TWIN VILLAGE UP THERE AND THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE.

AND SO THEY GO ON AND THEY GO BACK, THEY GO ON BACK DOWNTOWN SAN ANTONIO.

SO, UM, WE'RE DEALING WITH PEOPLE THAT DO HAVE SOME LIMITED ABILITIES AND WE'RE JUST BEGGING YOU TO, TO MAYBE CHANGE THAT DIGITAL PRINT, THAT DIGITAL WHATEVER IT IS, DIGITAL THING, UH, SO THAT IT MATCHES.

UM, THAT.

SO THAT'S NUMBER ONE.

PLEASE.

UH, NUMBER TWO PLEASE, IS WE HAVE PROBABLY THE BEST TRANSPORTATION PAVILION IN, IN SAN ANTONIO WITH, UH, AND I THINK SOME OF Y'ALL HAVE SEEN IT.

THE ONLY, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, IS SOME, UM, THERE'S NO, AT THE BUS STOP ITSELF, THERE'S, IT'S JUST A BUS STOP WITH NO BENCHES OR ANYTHING.

SO SOMETIMES IT TAKES OUR PEOPLE JUST A LITTLE, A LITTLE WHILE WHEN THEY SEE THE BUS COMING DOWN DIETRICH AND THEY HAVEN'T MADE IT THERE.

AND THE BUS PASSES 'EM UP BECAUSE JUST LIKE AT ANY BUS STOP, IF NOBODY'S WAITING, THE BUS DRIVER WILL PASS 'EM UP.

AND THAT MAKES SENSE.

SO WE WERE THINKING MAYBE IF JUST THERE WAS ONE OR TWO BENCHES OUT THERE SO SOMEBODY COULD GET OUT THERE TO MAKE IT STOP.

UM, HOWEVER, THERE'S ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT.

AND THAT IS INSTEAD OF THE REST PERIOD INTO THE ROUTE AT THE DIETRICH STREET DIETRICH, A APARTMENTS, MAYBE THE REST STOP COULD COME UP JUST TO OUR PLACE.

UM, WE DO HAVE BATHROOMS, ICE, COLD WATER, FOUNTAINS, UH, THESE LITTLE THINGS WHERE YOU CAN SQUIRT AND PUT WATER IN YOUR IN YOUR THERMOS.

WE HAVE ALL KINDS OF CHARGING STATIONS AND DEPENDING ON WHEN THE DRIVERS COME BY, UH, WE MIGHT BE SERVING FOOD AND THEY MIGHT GET A MEAL OR BANANAS OR WHATEVER.

UM, SO, UM, THEY, SO ANYWAY, WE WERE THINKING IF THAT WAS THE REST STOP, THEN WE WOULDN'T NEED THE BENCHES BECAUSE THE DRIVER WOULD BE THERE AND THEY WOULD SEE HIM AND GO ON AND, UM, UH, YEAH, I THINK THAT MIGHT WORK.

, UM, I THINK THAT'S IT.

I DON'T KNOW WHERE.

OH, MINUTES.

OH, IT'S ZERO ZERO .

UH, DID I GO OVER? I DON'T KNOW.

I WASN'T WATCHING.

BUT ANYWAY, SO THOSE, THOSE ARE THE TWO.

WE HAVE ANOTHER REQUEST, BUT IT'S A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED AND WE WANNA WAIT.

WE'VE ONLY BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WEEK NOW, A WEEK AND A HALF.

SO WE KIND OF WANNA WAIT AND SEE HOW THINGS SETTLE OUT AND MAYBE, OR MAYBE NOT.

YOU'LL GET, WELL YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME ANOTHER BOARD MEETING LATER ON.

DID YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO ADD? ALRIGHT.

THANK, THANK YOU MS. CHE.

APPRECIATE IT.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

NEXT UP WE HAVE CHRISTOPHER FARLAND.

[00:25:11]

OKAY, SECOND, UH, BEFORE I GET STARTED, UH, I TRIED TO COME TO THE BOARD MEETING LAST MONTH, BUT UH, Y'ALL HAD IT A COUPLE HOURS EARLY BECAUSE OF THAT WEEK BEING FIESTA.

AND UH, IF Y'ALL ARE GONNA DO THAT, I THINK Y'ALL SHOULD NOTIFY THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING MYSELF, DO THIS MAY CONCERN.

SINCE MY LAST APPEARANCE, THE BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 27TH, 2024, I STILL CONTINUE TO KEEP HAVING MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE VIA BUSES.

NOT ONLY RUNNING LATE, BUT MAKING UNSCHEDULED STOPS AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON WHAT APPEARS TO BE A MORE RANDOM TO FREQUENT BASIS.

WHEN I GOT ON THE 6 0 2, THE BUS THE MORNING OF APRIL THE SEVENTH, 2024, JUST AFTER 5:40 AM AFTER THE DRIVER ACROSS THE WEST AVENUE IN BLANCO INTERSECTION, HE STOPPED INSIDE THE SEVEN 11.

HIS NUMBER IS 2 2 4 2 9 AND WAS INSIDE THE STORE FOR FOUR TO FIVE MINUTES, GIVE OR TAKE.

THEN WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE NORTH STAR TRANSIT CENTER, THE BUS NUMBER FOUR WAS STILL IN THIS USUAL SPOT.

SO I IMMEDIATELY GOT OFF THE 6 0 2 AND HOPPED ON THE NUMBER FOUR.

AND I THANK THE DRIVER FOR NOT TAKING OFF BECAUSE THE 6 0 2 DRIVER HAD MADE ANOTHER UNSCHEDULED STOP INSIDE THE SEVEN 11 STORE.

IS THERE ANY ACTION GOING TO BE TAKEN TOWARDS THE OPERATORS? CONTINUE TO MAKE THESE UNSCHEDULED STOPS? IF SOMEBODY WOULD PLEASE GET BACK TO ME WITH AS RESPONSE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, I WOULD TRULY AND REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

I'M PRETTY SURE YOU ARE ALL FAMILIAR WITH JIM'S RESTAURANT COURTESY OF FRONTIER ENTERPRISES, FOUNDED BY THE LATE JIM HAS LOCKER.

WELL, THE REASON WHY I'M ADDRESSING THIS IS BECAUSE IN EARLY MARCH THEY CLOSED THE HILDEBRAND AND BROADWAY LOCATION AND MY CURRENT STORE ON SAN PEDRO AND HILDEBRAND IS NEXT.

AND OUR LAST DAY OF BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE JUNE THE 25TH, WHICH IS THE DAY BEFORE MY 51ST BIRTHDAY.

SO IF YOUR SCHEDULES ARE NOT TOO BUSY OR TOO HECTIC, I'M EXTENDING A PERSONAL IMITATION TO EVERYBODY TO COME VISIT OUR STORE WHILE YOU STILL HAVE THE CHANCE.

I WORK WITH A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE AND THEY'LL TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF YOU.

AND YOU HAVE MY WORD ON THIS 'CAUSE TRUST ME, I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR NEARLY A YEAR AND GOING ON SEVEN MONTHS NEXT MONTH AND HELP US MAKE THE MOST OF THE LAST FEW MONTHS, LAST FEW WEEKS, OUR STORE COUNT.

UH, PLEASE TAKE WHAT I'M TELLING YOU INTO CONSIDERATION.

OH, AND ONE OTHER THING, UH, COME EARLY, COME BEFORE TWO O'CLOCK 'CAUSE WE'VE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR AIR CONDITIONER.

COME, COME.

IF YOU PLEASE COME BEFORE TWO O'CLOCK, THEY'LL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.

THANK YOU FOR LISTENING.

THERE ARE NO OTHER CITIZENS TO BE HEARD.

THANK YOU.

THE NEXT ITEM IS

[5. Consent Agenda]

ITEM FIVE, CONSENT AGENDA ITEM, WHICH IS AN ACTION ITEM.

TRUSTEES, ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS? MOVE ADOPTION.

OKAY, DO WE HAVE A SECOND? SECOND.

OKAY.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, PLEASE SAY AYE.

AYE.

AYE.

ANY OPPOSED? NAY.

CONSENT TO JUDGE.

ITEM IS APPROVED.

UH,

[6. Proposed August 2024 Service Changes - For information and discussion regarding proposed service changes that would begin on August 19, 2024]

THE NEXT IS MRS. WILL NOW PRESENT.

ITEM SIX, PROPOSED AUGUST, 2024 SERVICE CHANGES.

GOOD, GOOD AFTERNOON.

BOARD CHAIR.

UM, I'M A MEMBER OF BOARD OF TRUSTEE.

I AM SANDEN, DIRECTOR OF SERVICE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING.

UH, WE'LL GO OVER THE AUGUST 20, 24 SERVICE CHANGES AND MY COLLEAGUE, UH, LETICIA WILL GO OVER THE PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT PRESENTATION AND THE TIMELINE.

SO GOING OVER, UH, THE FIXED ROUTE SERVICE CHANGES, UH, FOR ROUTE 30 RIGSBY, WE ARE IMPROVING THE WEEKDAY FREQUENCY FROM 60 MINUTE TO 30 MINUTE, UM, ON ROUTE 30 DURING THE PEAK TIME, UH, WHICH IS 6:00 AM TO 9:00 AM IN THE MORNING, AND 3:00 PM TO 6:00 PM IN THE EVENING FOR THE NEXT ROUTE, WHICH IS, UH, ROUTE 90 WOOD LEARN.

UH, WE ARE IMPROVING THE WEEKDAY FREQUENCY FROM 60 MINUTE TO 30 MINUTE, UH, DURING PEAK TIMES, WHICH ARE, UH, 6:00 AM TO 9:00 AM IN THE MORNING AND 3:00 PM TO 6:00 PM IN THE EVENING.

SO GOING OVER THE SERVICE, UH, WHICH

[00:30:01]

WE ARE PROVIDING TO NORTHEAST LAKEVIEW COLLEGE, WHICH I WILL SOMETIMES MENTION AS NLC VIA WAS APPROACHED BY NLC TO PROVIDE TRANSIT SERVICE, UH, TO THE CAMPUS.

UH, NLC IS THE ONLY ALAMO COLLEGE DISTRICT CAMPUS NORTH SOUTH BY VIA VIA DOES NOT CURRENTLY SERVE THE CAMPUS BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE TWO NON-MEMBER CITIES, WHICH ARE LIVE OAKS AND UNIVERSAL CITY.

NLC HAS PROPOSED A PLAN TO DN NEXT PART OF THE CAMPUS.

SO VIA MAY PROVIDE SERVICE IN THE FUTURE, UH, VIA COORDINATED WITH NLC TO ASSESS THE CAMPUS AND IDENTIFY THE STOP LOCATION FOR TRANSIT SERVICE, UH, VIA COMPLETED AND ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE NLC CAMPUS.

THE PROPOSED SERVICE PLAN ENTAILS PROVIDING TRANSIT SERVICE TO NLC CAMPUS THROUGH VIA LINK RANDOLPH AND VIA LINK, UH, KOPA ZONE, WHICH MEANS, UH, THAT THE STAFF AND STUDENTS CAN TRAVEL FROM ANYWHERE WITHIN THE KOPA OR THE RANDOLPH ZONE TO THE NLC CAMPUS.

AND THEY CAN DO THE SAME THING TRAVELING BACK FROM THE NLC CAMPUS.

UH, TWO VIRTUAL STOP LOCATIONS ARE IDENTIFIED WITHIN THE NLC CAMPUS.

ADDITIONAL TWO VEHICLES ARE NEEDED PART ZONE DURING THE PEAK TIME, WHICH IS 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM AND ONE DURING THE OFF PEAK TIME.

AND I WILL SUMMARIZE THE SERVICE TO THE NLC CAMPUS, WHICH MEANS THE SPAN OF THE SERVICE ON WEEKDAYS WILL BE, UH, FROM 5:00 AM TO 10:00 PM UH, ON THE RANDOLPH ZONE, WHICH HAVE THE SAME TIMING, AND 5:00 AM TO 9:30 PM UM, WHICH IS THE SAME TIMING AS THE KOPA ZONE.

THE ANNUAL COST WILL BE AROUND 319,000.

THE ANNUAL RIDERSHIP IS ESTIMATED TO BE AROUND 8,800 TO 17,300 BASED ON THE FIVE TO 10% NLC STUDENT, UH, ADOPTION RATE.

THE COST PER HOUR IS $47 80 CENTS AND THE COST PER PASSENGER IS $18 42 CENTS AND IT RANGE TO $36 25 CENTS.

OUR ASSUMPTION IS NLC WILL SUCCESSFULLY DX THE LAND BEFORE THE SERVICE IS IMPLEMENTED IN AUGUST OF 2024.

SO I WANT TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ABOUT THE NETWORK SERVICE LEVEL STARTING BEFORE COVID, UH, TO THE UPCOMING AUGUST, UH, 2024 TIME PERIOD.

SO BEFORE COVID WE HAD AROUND 29 ROUTES, UH, WHICH HAD 15 TO 20 MINUTE FREQUENCY, UH, 37 ROUTES, HAD 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY, AND WE HAD 15 ROUTES, WHICH ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY.

BUT WE DID HAVE JUST ONE VEING ZONE, WHICH IS AROUND 10 TO 15 MINUTE, UH, OF SERVICE.

SO MAY, 2022 IS THE LEAST AMOUNT OF SERVICE WE DID HAVE, UH, THE REASON BECAUSE OF THE COVID, UH, WE HAD AROUND 21 ROUTES, WHICH ARE, UH, 15 TO 20 MINUTE FREQUENCY ROUTES.

WE HAD 10 ROUTES, WHICH ARE 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY.

WE HAD 46 ROUTES, WHICH ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY.

BUT WE DID HAVE TWO, UH, VIA LINK ZONES ADAPTED BY THAT TIME COMING AUGUST, UH, 2024.

UM, WHICH, UH, WHICH IS LIKE UPCOMING.

SO WE HAVE 21, UH, ROUTES, WHICH ARE 15 TO 20 MINUTE FREQUENCY.

WE ARE ADDING TWO ROUTES IN THE AUGUST SERVICE CHANGE, UH, WHICH WILL HAVE 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY, MAKING IT 14 ROUTES TOTAL, UH, OF 30 MINUTE FREQUENCY.

WE ARE REDUCING THE 60 MINUTE FREQUENCY ROUTE, WHICH IS BECOMING NOW 39.

BUT WE HAVE FOUR WHEELING ZONES AT THE SAME TIME.

WE HAVE INCREASED THE SERVICE AREA BY ALMOST EIGHT, 8%, UM, FROM COMPARED TO MAY, 2022, UH, WHICH IS AROUND 270.8 SQUARE MILES.

NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

SO GOING OVER THE SERVICE CHANGE TIMELINE, UH, WE ARE PRESENTING THE SERVICE CHANGE INFORMATION IN MAY FOR INFORMATION.

NLC WILL START CONDUCTING THE LAND SURVEY.

PUBLIC OUTREACH WILL START IN MAY TOO.

IN

[00:35:01]

JUNE, WE COME BACK, WE PRESENT THE SERVICE CHANGE, UH, FOR INFORMATION, UH, TO THE BOARD TO TAKE ACTION.

NLC WILL REQUEST ACTION TO THE CITY OF LIVE OAKS, UH, CITY COUNCIL, UH, TO APPROVE THE DNX SESSION.

UH, PUBLIC INFORMATION TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC WILL START AFTER THE JUNE BOARD MEETING.

UH, SERVICE WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON AUGUST 19TH, 2024.

GOOD AFTERNOON.

GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE.

SO ON THE ENGAGEMENT TIMELINE, WE HAVE THIS WEEK A PUBLICATION OF NOTICE IN THE EXPRESS NEWS AS WELL AS ION AND THE OBSERVER.

SO ALL THOSE ARE SCHEDULED.

WE WILL CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING HERE AT THE VM METROPOLITAN TRANSIT CENTER, UH, WARD ROOM MONDAY, JUNE THE 10TH AT 5:30 PM WE WILL ALSO HAVE PUBLIC COMMENT, UH, PERIOD COMMENCE ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 29TH, WHICH WILL GO THROUGH JUNE 14TH, 2024.
