UH, WE JOINED IN CELEBRATING 32 YEARS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY SIGNED INTO LAW ON JULY 16TH IN 1990 AND BECAME A HISTORIC CIVIL RIGHTS LAW THAT PROTECTS THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES VIA WAS AN EARLY ADOPTER AND HAS BEEN A TIME SUPPORTER OF ADA STANDARDS AND BEST PRACTICES AS PART OF OUR MISSION AND VISION TO CONNECT OUR COMMUNITY AND PUT OPPORTUNITY WITHIN REACH FOR EVERYONE.

OUR GOAL EACH YEAR IS TO AFFIRM OUR COMMITMENT, TO PROVIDE RELIABLE, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE MOBILITY OPTIONS THAT SERVE THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF A DIVERSE OF A DIVERSE COMMUNITY.

THAT COMMITMENT IS ON DISPLAY THROUGH OUR VIA TRANS PROGRAM, ACCESSIBLE SERVICES, PROGRAM VEHICLES AND FACILITIES IN OUR SYSTEMS THAT ARE ALL ACCESSIBLE.

AND ESPECIALLY THROUGH OUR TEAM OF STAFF AND OPERATORS WHO HELP US KEEP OUR PLEDGE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THE LAW REQUIRES IN ORDER TO DELIVER THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE.

AND I WOULD ADD TO THAT, THAT OUR VIA LINK PROGRAM IS ANOTHER ELEMENT OF PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.

WE WERE PROUD PARTNERS WITH SALES, WHICH IS A SAN ANTONIO INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES JUST LAST WEEKEND TO HELP MAKE THEIR ANNUAL ADA CELEBRATION SUCCESS.

OVER 20 VIA CARERS VOLUNTEERS CAME OUT TO MORGAN'S WONDERLAND TO SUPPORT SALES AND THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY THAT THEY SERVE.

SO I'D LIKE TO, UM, UH, SHARE A NOTE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM THEIR CEO, KATIE BREADSKI THAT READS IN PART, THANKS SO MUCH FOR ASSISTING WITH ALL VIA CARERS VOLUNTEERS AT SALES, 32ND ANNUAL AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CELEBRATION EVERYONE'S HELP WAS SURELY APPRECIATED VIA HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL THROUGHOUT MANY YEARS IN SUPPORTING THE ADA CELEBRATION.

SALES IS FOREVER GRATEFUL TO VM AND WE OF COURSE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL TO SALES AND ALL OUR OTHER PARTNERS THAT SERVE THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY AND BOARD MEMBERS.

I LIKE TO SHARE A SPECIAL RECOGNITION PRESENTED SATURDAY AT THE ADA 32ND ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION SALES THANKED VIA AND PRESENTED OUR PRESIDENT AND CEO, JEFF ART WITH A PLAQUE TO RECOGNIZE HIS EFFORTS TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO OUR COMMUNITY.

CONGRATULATIONS, JEFF, THIS RECOGNITION CONFIRMS WHAT WE AT VIA AND THE COMMUNITY WE SERVE ALREADY.

NO, THANK YOU.

THANK YOU ARE A SINCERE CHAMPION BY EQUITY AND INCLUSION THAT YOU CONTINUE TO CHALLENGE EACH ONE OF US TO DO THE SAME.

SO I, AND I WOULD SHARE THAT, OF COURSE YOU CAN SEE THAT OUR TRUSTEE COMO WAS THERE WITH US AS WELL, UH, AND, AND RECEIVED THE AWARD WITH ME.

AND THAT THE FACT THAT MY NAME IS ON THAT PLAQUE IS, IS VERY FLATTERING, BUT IT'S NOT, IT'S NOT COMPLETELY THE CASE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT TAKES, UH, THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION TO MEET THE OBJECTIVES IN ALL THE ATTRIBUTES OF OUR SYSTEM, FIXED ROUTE BUS, VIA TRANS VIA LINK, UH, OUR FACILITIES, THE MAINTENANCE OF OUR FACILITIES, OUR SHELTERS.

IT TAKES EVERYBODY THIS ORGANIZATION TO, UH, MEET THE OBJECTIVES OF SUPPORTING THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.

SO I WAS GRATEFUL TO REPRESENT VIA NOT MYSELF, UH, IN THIS AWARD.

AND SO WHEN AN OBSER OBSERVATION OF OUR ADA'S 32 YEARS, WE HAVE A SHORT VIDEO THAT WILL SHOW PROFILING, JUST ONE OF THE MANY THOUSANDS OF VIA TRANS CLIENTS WHO HAS MADE, WHO HAS MADE V AS PART OF THEIR JOURNEY TOWARD INDEPENDENCE.

MY NAME'S MICHAEL BERARDO, AND WE'RE HERE AT THE SAN ANTONIO LIGHTHOUSE FOR THE BLIND.

UM, MY POSITION HERE IS SUPERVISOR

[00:20:01]

OF THE ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND I'VE BEEN HERE 15 YEARS NOW.

AND WHAT WE DO HERE IS WE HELP POINT IN VISION IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS WITH THEIR TECHNOLOGY NEEDS PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY TRAINING, AND WE DO, UH, TECHNOLOGY EVALUATIONS.

SO, UM, THE VISUAL CONDITION THAT I HAVE IS CALLED RETINITIS PIGMENTOSA OR RP FOR SHORT, WHICH IS A RETINAL DEGENERATIVE CONDITION ON IT WAS AROUND THE TIME THAT I TURNED 30, THAT I LOST MOST OF MY VISION.

UM, WHEN YOU'RE FISHING AND PARODY, YOU KIND OF TEND TO BUMP INTO THINGS.

SO LIKE THE GLASSES REALLY HELPED AVOID ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL INJURY.

SO I'VE BEEN USING VIA TRANS FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

I STARTED USING IT BACK AROUND 1993.

I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE USEFUL.

IT PROVIDED A LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE THAT I APPRECIATED.

I DON'T REALLY LIKE TO ASK PEOPLE FOR RIDES ALL THE TIME.

AND SO WHEN THAT SERVICE BECAME AVAILABLE AND I WAS ABLE TO, UH, GET SIGNED UP WITH NEW TRANSIT REALLY HELPED ME OUT TODAY.

AND IT'S ESPECIALLY HELPFUL WHEN I'M GETTING DROPPED OFF AT A PLACE THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN TO BEFORE.

AND I CAN HAVE THE ASSISTANCE OF DRIVERS DROPPING ME OFF, AT LEAST GETTING UP TO THAT FRONT DOOR.

UM, YOU KNOW, THAT'S HALF THE BATTLE JUST GETTING TO THE FRONT DOOR.

SO, UM, TRANS REALLY HELPS IN THAT RESPECT.

AND THAT CONCLUDES MY ANNOUNCEMENTS.

THANK YOU, JEFF.

UM, I WANT TO START BY THANKING OUR VAN OPERATORS WHO ARE OUT THERE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS, WORKING WITH EVERYONE OUT THERE, UH, AND HELPING THEM, UH, FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DO.

UH, A WELCOME TO OUR DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, UH, WELCOME TO THE TEAM AND TO OUR WARRANTY.

UH, CONGRATULATIONS, MISS CALLED IT ON, UH, THE HR TEAM AND THE UNITED WAY.

UH, YOU GUYS DO A TREMENDOUS JOB AND, UH, WE SHOULD ALL BE PROUD OF THE WORK THAT YOU ALL DO AND HOW MUCH YOU HELP THE COMMUNITY.

AND, UH, I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T, WE DON'T SEE IT ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, BUT VIA REALLY DOES HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY.

AND THAT'S WHAT WE'RE ALL HERE FOR.

UH, SO THANK YOU, JEFF, FOR YOUR STAFF AND EVERYBODY INVOLVED, UH, TO Y BOARD, UH, WHICH, UH, THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE SUPPORT THAT I DO WITH EVERYONE.

UH, SO THANKS EVERYONE TO MAKE THIS A TERRIFIC ORGANIZATION.

THANK YOU.

OKAY.

THE NEXT ITEM IS CITIZENS TO BE

[3. Citizens to be Heard]

HEARD.

UH, DO WE HAVE ANY CITIZENS REGISTERED TO SPEAK? WE HAVE TWO CITIZENS TO BE HEARD, REGISTERED TO SPEAK.

OKAY.

WE HAVE NOW COME TO THE CITIZENS SUBURB PORTION OF OUR PUBLIC MEETING.

THE BOARD IS INTERESTED IN HEARING THE COMMENTS AND CONCERNS FROM OUR PATRONS AND CITIZENS IN SAN ANTONIO, BEAR COUNTY AREA QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS CONCERNING PUBLIC BUSINESS, OUR POLICY, ALTHOUGH WHICH THE BOARD HAS SUPERVISION AND CONTROL.

THEY MAY ARISE DURING THIS PORTION OF THE MEETING, MAYBE ADDRESS AT A LATER DATE BY THE PRESIDENT CEO AND OUR, HIS STAFF.

THE PROCESS ASSURES THAT YOU RECEIVED THE MOST ACCURATE RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

THANK YOU.

AND B APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT TO SHARE YOUR COMMENTS WITH US THIS EVENING.

OUR FIRST CITIZEN TO SPEAK IS MARIA CARDENAS.

GOOD EVENING.

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO.

I THANK YOU BEFORE FOR ALL THE SERVICES, BUT WE MORE, UH, I'M HERE FOR A PLEASANT CHANGE.

I'M HERE TO COMMAND ONE OF YOUR STREET BUSES, ONE OF THE DRIVERS, ROUTE 68, THE FIRST SATURDAY OF JUNE, I WROTE HIS BUS ON THE WAY HOME FROM LAS PALMAS AND WHAT I SAW, I WISH I HAD TAPED IT TO SHOW YOU, HE SHOULD BE THE POSTER CHILD FOR THE PERFECT DRIVER.

UH, HE HOOKED ME UP AND WE PROCEEDED GOING EAST.

AND AFTER A FEW BLOCKS, HE STOPPED AN ELDERLY MAN WAS WAITING AT THE BUS STOP AND HE COULDN'T EVEN GET OFF THE CURB.

I CAN RELATE TO HIM.

AND SO THE BUS DRIVER GOT OFF.

THE ELDERLY MAN HAD A BICYCLE WITH HIM AND HE WANTED A HOOKUP, WHICH HE COULDN'T EVEN GET OFF THE CURB.

SO THE BUS DRIVER WENT TO HIM AND SAID, SIR, GET ON THE BUS AND SIT DOWN.

HE

[00:25:01]

WAS VERY WOBBLY.

SO THE OLD MAN DID S TOLD THE DRIVER PROCEEDED TO HOOK UP THE BIKE, LOCK IT IN, GET ON THE BUS.

AND HERE WE GO.

I WISH YOU HAD SEEN THE FACE OF THAT ELDERLY MAN.

IT BROUGHT ME TO TEARS WHEN HE GOT ON THE BUS, HE'S SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR AND HE SAYS, THAT'S A GOOD GUY.

THAT DUDE IS GOOD.

AND I SAID, SIR, I AGREE WITH YOU.

I HADN'T SEEN THAT EVER, EVER.

I'M 70 YEARS OLD AND I'VE NEVER SEEN IT ON A BUS DRIVERS, CHARACTER OR ATTITUDE OR FRIENDLINESS, KINDNESS, NEVER.

ANYWAY.

SO THAT'S THE KIND OF DRIVER YOU NEED ON ALL YOUR BUSES.

I'VE BEEN THROWN OFF A 68, WHICH TELLS YOU THE LOT RIGHT THERE.

ANYWAY, A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, I CALL YOUR NUMBER, YOUR COM COMMENT, COMPLIMENT NUMBER.

AND I DID, UH, SPEAK ABOUT THE ISSUE, BUT WHEN HE WAS ON TYING ME TO GET OFF, I ASKED HIM, DO YOU LIKE YOUR ROUTE? AND HE SAYS VERY MUCH, VERY MUCH.

SO I'M HERE TILL THE END OF THE YEAR.

AND I ASKED HIM WHAT YOU LIKE TO STAY LONGER? HE SAYS, OH YES.

AND THEN HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAYS, CAN YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN? RIGHT? AND I WOULDN'T BE HERE IF I COULD MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

ANYWAY, HIS NUMBER IS 1, 2, 6, 0 6, MARK.

THAT'S ALL I KNOW ABOUT HIM.

VERY COMMENTS, ANYONE ELSE? OUR NEXT CITIZEN TO BE HEARD VIRTUALLY IS ONE CLAP.

HELLO? FOR RECORD, MONEY MOVES WORLD MCLEOD.

UH, WE ARE CELEBRATING THE 32 SECOND ANNIVERSARY, 32 SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.

AND THAT INCLUDES PROTECTING FREE SPEECH, BECAUSE IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO FOR WINE, YOU NEED TO DO FOR ALL.

AND YOUR NEW POLICY THAT YOU SOMEWHAT IMPLEMENTED LAST MONTH.

SO THE VIEWPOINT DISCRIMINATION, BUT THE REASON WHY I'M HERE IS, UM, SPEAKING OF YOUR TITLE, SIX SIGNAGE ON Y'ALL'S BUSES, LAST TITLE, SIX SIGNAGE ON YOUR BUSES ARE SO SMALL.

YOU CAN'T EVEN READ IT.

EVEN WITH GLASSES.

IT'S A VERY SPACE, SMALL Y'ALL NEED TO FIX THAT.

IT SEEMS LIKE WE'RE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. YOU KNOW, IF YOU FIXED YOUR PROBLEMS, I WOULDN'T BE HERE CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING, JUST A FOOD FOR THOUGHT THERE.

UM, YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS CODE OF CONDUCT NEED TO BE IN ENGLISH.

I'VE BEEN ON A LOT OF YOUR ROUTES.

ARE THEY ONLY IN SPANISH? IS THAT ACCEPTABLE THAT EVERYONE CAN READ SPANISH? SAME THING FOR THE CITIES, RIGHT? WHAT PROGRAM? ADVERTISEMENTS ON YOUR BUSES.

THEY NEED TO BE IN ENGLISH.

AT LEAST IN ENGLISH.

YOU CAN PUT IT IN WHATEVER LANGUAGE YOU LIKE, BUT AT LEAST MAKE IT SOME ENGLISH SO PEOPLE CAN READ THEM.

AND ALSO, UM, APPROXIMATELY 11:00 AM TODAY, AND THIS IS GONE FROM YOUR FACEBOOK PEREZ TO BE A TRANS BUS, PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT.

THE MANAGER STAN HAPPENED TO BE THERE DOING INVENTORY.

HE WENT OUT TO THE DRIVER AND TOLD HIM THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED TODAY.

THE DRIVER PROCEEDED TO TAKE TWO LADIES AND THEIR SCOOTERS OFF THE BUS STAND TOLD THE DRIVER AGAIN, THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED.

THE DRIVER CONTINUED UNLOADING THE TWO ELDERLY LADIES AND THEIR SCOOTERS OFF THE BUS.

STAN TOLD THE DRIVER AGAIN, YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE LADIES OUT HERE.

IT'S HOT.

THE DRIVERS TOLD STAN, IF I KEEP THEM, I WON'T HAVE ROOM FOR MY OTHER PICKUPS.

STAN TOLD THE DRIVER AGAIN, YOU CAN'T LEAVE HIM OUT HERE IN THE SUN.

THE DRIVER SAYS THEY'RE IN THE SHAPE.

STAND AT ATTEMPTS TO GET THE DRIVER'S NAME.

AND HE TURNED AROUND AND GOT ON THE BUS AND DROVE OFF.

EVEN THOUGH STAN HAS DONE IT HAD DAY'S WORK, A KEY THINGS TO CARE FOR.

HE BOUGHT THE LAYS INSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT AND TOOK CARE OF THEM.

HE CALLED ONE OF THE LADY'S SISTER WHO ARRIVED SHORTLY, BUT SHE HAD NO WAY TO TRANSPORT THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE BOTH ON SCOOTERS, MADE SOME CALLS AND BE A SCHEDULED TO PICK UP AT 12, 10 AN HOUR, 10 MINUTES.

I'M GLAD STAN WAS THERE.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

AND IT HAPPENED ON A WATER LADY'S BIRTHDAY.

SHE WANT TO EAT AT THE RESTAURANT.

I'M GLAD THAT STAMP OR MR. MRS. G HOME COOKING AND PASTRIES HAS DONE THE RIGHT THING AND HONORED THE ADA.

YOU NEED TO HONOR THE AID.

AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMEONE'S CRITICIZING, WHICH THEY HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO DO.

SO YOU CAN WEAR EARPLUGS.

IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

YOU CAN READ THE ROOM.

OKAY.

BUT WE PAY YOU, LIKE I SAID EARLIER, I WILL SAY MUCH AGAIN, BECAUSE THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AND YOU NEED TO COMPLY.

YOU ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE.

HOW ARE

[00:30:01]

WE GOING TO GET VIA TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FEDERAL LAW CONSTITUTION AND THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT.

THERE ARE CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY, JUST LETTING ME KNOW.

ALL RIGHT.

AND I DO EXPECT A RESPONSE, A PROPER RESPONSE, UH, FOR MY QUESTIONS.

OKAY.

UM, OUR NEXT, WE HAVE ANYBODY ELSE.

IS THAT IT? NO, THAT'S THE END OF CITIZENS TO BE HEARD.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

THE NEXT ITEM, A

[4. Consent Agenda]

ITEM FOUR CONSENT AGENDA, WHICH IS AN ACTION ITEM.

TRUSTEES.

ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS? IF NOT, I HAVE A MOTION AND A SECOND TO APPROVE, SO, OKAY, GO ON A SECOND.

SECOND.

UH, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, PLEASE SAY AYE.

ANY OPPOSED? NAY.

THE CONSENT AGENDA ITEM IS APPROVED.

[5. Pilot Sandy Oaks VIA Link Express Service]

GOOD AFTERNOON.

TRUSTEES, UM, CAN BE A GAME.

THE FOUNTAIN ABOUT SAN DIEGO TO GIVE YOU A BRIEF UPDATE.

UM, THE SAN DIEGO FOLKS, UH, VIA LINK EXPRESS SERVICE, EXCITED.

SO A BIT ABOUT THE SAN DIEGO BACKGROUND.

SAN DIEGO IS INCORPORATED AS A CITY IN MAY OF 2014.

AND IN FALL OF 2021 TO BE A RINK EXPRESS, PILOT SERVICE WAS INTRODUCED.

NEXT SLIDE.

WHAT IS BE WILLING TO EXPRESS SOME OF THE KEY ELEMENTS ARE IT PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE VIA FIXED ROUTE BUS NETWORK SERVES LOW DENSITY AREAS WHERE BUS SERVICES NOT A VIABLE OPTION AND LEVERAGE IS EMERGING TECHNOLOGY.

AND IT HAS THE SAME FAIRS AND DISCOUNTS AS VIA BUS SERVICE.

NEXT SLIDE, MORE DETAIL ABOUT THE SERVICES RUNS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6:30 AM TO 6:30 PM WITH WAIT TIMES UP TO 60 MINUTES, THE TRAIN SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS AREA.

SOME OF THE MEASURES OF SUCCESS THAT WERE PUT IN PLACE WHERE THE PASSENGER PER HOUR OF GREATER THAN TWO AND 400 MONTHLY BOARDINGS OR 20 DAILY BOARDINGS, THE ORIGINAL SIX MONTH PILOT RAN FROM SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2021 THROUGH MARCH 14TH, 2022.

AND IT TOOK YOU FROM SAN DIEGO TO THE BROOKS TRANSIT CENTER IN MARCH.

IT WAS AWESOME.

IT WAS EXTENDED ANOTHER SIX MONTHS.

IT RUNS THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2022.

AND WE DID MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS THIS TIME.

NEXT SLIDE WITH THE NEW A SIX MONTH PILOT, WE'VE EXPANDED THE SERVICE AREA AROUND BOOKS, TRANSIT CENTER.

SO THE PATRONS CAN NOW GO TO AND FROM SAN DIEGO TO, AND FROM THE AREA IN BLUE ON THE MAP EXCITED.

SO A BIG PART OF THE VIEW LINK EXPRESS SAN DIEGO.

SO IT WAS PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT VIA WAS INVOLVED IN CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS, NATIONAL NIGHT OUT EVENTS, COMMUNITY YARD, SALES, POP-UP COMMUNITY EVENTS, AND ONGOING SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL PROMOTION ALONG WITH ONGOING ADVERTISING AND MARKETING EFFORTS.

NEXT SLIDE.

SOME OF THOSE EFFORTS INCLUDED WEBSITE CONTENT FOR NEW NEW USERS THAT WAS ON OUR WEBSITE AND ALSO SAN DIEGO WEBSITE TARGETED, PAID SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS, DIGITAL PROMOTIONS THAT INCLUDED VIDEOS FEATURING THE MAYOR OF SAN DIEGO, A WIREFRAME SIGNS THROUGHOUT THE SAN DIEGO CITY.

UH, AND THEN IN-PERSON VISITS WHERE WE DISTRIBUTED MATERIAL TO RETAIL AND BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS ALONG WITH CITY HALL.

NEXT SLIDE.

THESE ARE JUST SOME EXAMPLES OF SOME OF THOSE ENGAGEMENTS, UH, THE WIREFRAME SIGNS THERE ON YOUR LEFT AND A CLIP FROM THE VIDEO WITH THE MAYOR, UH, SAN DIEGO, NEXT SLIDE.

THIS IS SOME MORE THE CLIP OF THE MAYOR ON THE LEFT AND SOME VIA STAFF AT ONE OF THE NATIONAL NIGHT OUT EVENTS.

EXCELLENT.

THIS IS SOME OF THE PRINT MATERIAL THAT WAS DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY.

NEXT SLIDE.

SO THE SANDY OAKS COLONEL RIDERSHIP.

SO ONCE AGAIN, THE MEASURES OF SUCCESS FOR THE PILOT WAS TWO PASSENGERS PER HOUR OR 400 MONTHLY BOARDINGS OR 20 DAILY BOARDINGS.

THE CHART ON THE RIGHT IS THE MONTHLY BOARDING SINCE INCEPTION.

SO WE STARTED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2021 WITH THE MONTHLY RIDERSHIP OF 13.

AND AS OF JUNE, 2022, WE HAD A MONTHLY RIDERSHIP OF 92.

THANKS SIMON.

SO DV LOW RIDERSHIP IN THE THEY'RE LOOKING AT THE TRENDS OF THE RIDERSHIP.

THE STAFF RECOMMENDATION IS TO DISCONTINUE TO BE ABLE TO EXPRESS SERVICE TO SAN DIEGO AFTER THE EXPANDED PILOT ENDS ON SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2022 LOOKS

[00:35:01]

WE'VE MADE SEVERAL COMMENTS, UH, ENCOURAGING THAT I'M DISAPPOINTED.

THE FOLKS WERE SAYING THE YOLKS, UH, THEY'RE NOT RESPOND IN THE LAST WEEK WITH COMING UP WITH A PLAN ON HOW TO KEEP THE, UH, THE NUMBERS UP OR GET THE NUMBERS UP.

UM, AND, UH, I'LL BE, UH, BE VOTING IN FAVOR OF, UH, DISSOLVING THIS, THIS VIA LINK OR OUT.

UM, UH, AND I MADE THE RIGHT RECOMMENDATION, UH, BUT IT'S STILL DISAPPOINTING.

AND, UH, I HOPE THAT, UH, TIME WILL COME IN THE FAIRLY NEAR FUTURE WHEN THE CONDITIONS WILL CHANGE AND THAT THE FOLKS ARE SANDY OAKS WILL ONCE AGAIN, COME TO US AND ASK US TO RESTART THIS ROUTE.

AND I HOPE AT THAT PARTICULAR POINT, THEY'RE READY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.

YOU COME NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

SO THEY ALL WILL BE PROVIDING YOU A Q3 STAFFING UPDATE PRO PLUS, AND THEN OPERATORS AND ALSO ON MECHANICS.

EXCELLENT.
