(6:00 p.m.) Public Hearing on Easement Acquisition(s) Related to VIA Primo Concerning Park Land – to receive comments, as required under Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, on a proposed acquisition of temporary and permanent easements on each of the properties identified below for the purpose of placing transit amenities that will serve patrons using the VIA Metropolitan Transit System, including the Bus Rapid Transit [VIA Primo] lines being constructed along Zarzamora Street between Fredericksburg Road and S.W. Military Drive and along S.W. Militarty Drive between U.S. Highway 90 and South New Braunfels, San Antonio, Bexar County, to expand the transit purposes and uses associated with VIA Metropolitan Transit System.
