Consider and act upon a resolution authorizing the issuance of the District’s Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, taxable Series 2020; providing the terms and conditions of such bonds and resolving other matters incident and relating to the issuance, payment, security, sale, and delivery of such bonds; delegating the authority to certain staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the bonds; and approving other matters relating to the foregoing

September 2020 VIA Financial Report – Review of the financial results for the month of September 2020 E. Board Activity Requests - For information and discussion regarding the board activity requests F. Randolph Transit Center - To provide the Board of Trustees an update of the Randolph Transit Center project G. Westside Planning Update - To provide the Board of Trustees an update on westside planning efforts H. Safety Management Systems (SMS) Update - Update the Board on the FTA’s SMS Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) requirement; and provide the Board VIA’s System Safety Plan for adoption, in accordance with the FTA’s SMS requirement
